this morning I woke up to the lovely reminder that my website was due for renewal. yikes! where did the year go?  I can’t even remember a year ago when I was organised enough to launch my fancy new website on 01.01.10. didn’t this year have some fancy dates? while I am actually rather dyslexic with numbers, I actually love the patterns they make, probably because it makes me understand them better.  anyway, I am unbelievably excited for 2011, and for tomorrow. 1.1.11. uneven numbers, they just work better for everyone.

I guess, in bloggy land, it seems that the peeps do the summary of the year, and all the lovely and yummy things they have been up to. I don’t know if it is because I am lazy, or I don’t know? But I don’t know if I will do something like that? Or have I just started?

November :: My weak attempt at drawing again for myself.
December :: Chaos. Madness. Love. Cider. Good times, new beginnings.

I know Christmas is over, but surely no one is tired of present wrapping. Especially with Ebony Bizys new fan tastic zine! Sadly no Christmas decorations for me this year, so I just had to go all out on the presents.

one of the (many) reasons for my absence around the blogging and online world is my recent house move!  oh yes.  it is all very exciting for me, especially the part where we spent the weekend painting the walls white.  pure white. no more purple walls. I mean sure, they weren’t that (*cough*) bad, but let me tell  you,  the stark brightness that I cop full in the face when I walk into my place is very, very lovely.

who knows if I will even get another chance to post before the end of the year, I still have no internet at home and I am just grabbing what I can, when I can.

but I did get a new camera which I think I might have mentioned, so here are some shots, of the new place, with the new camera, with the new white walls.

so december 1 hit with a bang, and to be honest, things have not stopped.  it is like everything has been neglected, everything has been go, go, go, nothings has been done, so much has happened.

i’ve moved house, worked on some amazing projects, painted walls white, worked like a crazy lady, waited, drove in tow trucks (twice!), spent money, lots of it, (not on anything fun and tangible), said goodbye, loved, lost, met, wanted, seen, learnt. it is exciting, scary and fun.  coffee is meant to be  drunk strong and I can sleep later!

I’m sorry I am so busy.  this week has felt like about 1 year all squished up into one week, and while its been awesome, some of my favourites things such as blogging has been neglected.  but I will be sending out more christmas love next week, and things of the festive nature.  in the mean time, be sure to check out the Leeloo.com.au blog for lots and lots of christmas goodness, I have been helping create some lovely little gift guides with Angela and some awesome community peeps, so be sure to check out what they think!
