[my most fav image of the moment // The Selby for Cole Haan]
my most favourite piece of furniture at home would have to be my sideboard. it was the first thing I hunted for on eBay when I moved out of home. while I may have rushed into it (along with some other DIY reno pieces that are still half done in the garage), I still love it, and I still love my dodgy decorating job (wallpapered the doors and the inside).

[if you think this image is good, you should see the rest // Forever is Today]
one thing that I am pretty obsessed with (apart from low line furniture) is decorating low line furniture. for some reason I avoid high bookcases, and tall wall units and tend to be attracted to low sideboards, low long drawers, expedit ikea bookcases on their side. however I guess my downfall is, I never feel like I am getting it right. so much long space to fill, should I fill it all? should I leave it plain? do I centre things? do I use a rule of three? triangles? gah!!

[awesome overload // fine little day]
then of course, the art on the wall above it is a whole other story. I rushed in (as usual) with hanging my artworks, and now I am reluctant to add more, as those damn 3M velcro things sure do add up! I could of course lean the works on the wall, which I do, but I feel bad for the works that get the back row.

I gathered these images to help me keep inspired, and I hope that you might feel the same. I think I re-decorate my sideboard, oh I don’t know, ever day! I have issues. don’t even get me started on the drawers in my bedroom! the piccies below are my own feeble attempts. oh well, I will just keep on playing decorator.
